Troubleshooting

If you're using an iPad, iPhone or iPod with video recording capabilities but see the error message "Unable to Record - Sorry but this device does not seem to currently support recording video" follow the steps below to allow Filmroom to access your device video camera:

Exit Filmroom and open the Settings app from the device home screen

Tap "Privacy"

Tap "Camera"

Find Filmroom in the list and turn the switch on (green)

Open a game in Filmroom and tap the "Record" button
