The printed order of plays will be the same as the order you've sorted them in the app.
For example, if you want to create a single list of plays for printing on wristbands, create a custom Category named "Wristbands", assign plays and then reorder them to suit your preferences. When you get to Step 4 below, select your "Wristbands" Category.
Or, you might prefer to create wristbands and a matching Call Sheet organized by custom Category (ex. Run, Pass, No Run Zone, etc.). Create your custom Categories and then select all of them when you get to Step 4 below.
Here's how to print Wristbands:
1
Tap the print icon on the playbooks list or in the play gallery
3
Choose Offense, Defense or Special Teams
4
Tap to select the Categories you'd like to print
5
Choose a Layout (number of plays per panel)
6
Choose a Width and Height for your inserts to match your wristband window size
8
Tap "Print" in the upper right corner - if you've selected a large number of plays, it could take a minute for your device to render the print preview.
9
You should now see the system print preview - make sure the print size is set to 100%
10
Print and then cut your wristbands along the dotted lines and insert them into your wristband windows
Settings Explained
Playmaker X will remember your most recently used Wristband print settings. Here's how each setting works.
Play Label Content - set the level of detail included on the play labels.
Play Label Color Coding - when you select a single Category to print, the 'Auto' setting will result in play numbers with a dark blue (almost black) background.
If you select multiple Categories to print, the 'Auto' setting will result in play numbers with auto-assigned color coding (dark blue, red, orange, and so on).
If you select 'Custom' - and if you have
set custom color coding on your Categories - the play numbers will show their respective parent Category color coding. If you haven't set custom color coding, the play numbers will revert to a dark blue background.
Copies - select a number of copies to match the number of players that need wristbands. For example, if you need wristbands for 6 players, select 6 copies.
