For each of your playbooks, you can decide which staff members and players can view and contribute (edit) plays. By default, players can view and staff members can contribute to any playbooks you create, but you can edit group and individual permissions to suit your preferences. Here's how:

On the dashboard, tap "Playbooks"

Tap the personnel access icon next to any playbook

Tap the icons at the top of each list to set permissions for all staff or players in the current playbook - Tap the icons to the right of each team member's name to set individual permissions in the current playbook
