Each team in Playmaker requires its own subscription. You can manage multiple teams with one Playmaker login, but each team will be billed separately.
Note that you won't be able to create another team if you still have a Free Trial that has never been upgraded to a paid plan. To create another team:

Tap the menu icon on the dashboard

Tap “Manage Teams”

Tap “Pay for Another a Team”

Enter your new team info, then tap the green checkmark in the upper right corner

Tap "Upgrade" and select a subscription plan
